Assessment Service Notice

Please read this notice before purchasing. It explains what the QualiVerity service is, what a credential represents, and the limits of the service.

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Nature of the service

QualiVerity provides paid access to a timed skills assessment and, after a passing result, a digital credential and PDF certificate. QualiVerity is not a school, university, vocational training provider, accreditation body, recruitment agency, or professional licensing authority.

What the credential means

A credential records that the person named on it achieved the required score on the selected QualiVerity assessment. It does not prove identity, employment history, formal education, regulated professional status, or suitability for a particular role. Employers and other recipients should consider it alongside their own checks.

Assessment access and attempts

A purchase includes five attempts for the selected assessment. Each attempt is timed and may use a different randomized question set. Completed attempts and attempts that expire after the timer starts count toward the five-attempt allowance. A new purchase may be required after all attempts are used.

Delivery and customer information

Assessment access and credential information are sent to the email entered at checkout. The purchaser is responsible for checking that address before payment and for entering the correct name of the person who completed the assessment. Issued credentials are public by design and display the entered name.

Scoring and availability

Assessment results are calculated automatically from the submitted answers and the published passing score. QualiVerity may correct technical errors, suspend abusive access, update question banks, or temporarily interrupt the service for security and maintenance.

Fair use

You must not copy, scrape, publish, resell, automate, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract protected questions or answer keys. You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent the meaning or status of a credential.

No guarantee of outcome

Purchasing access does not guarantee a passing result, employment, promotion, admission, income, regulatory acceptance, or recognition by any third party. Decisions made using a credential remain the responsibility of the person or organisation making them.

Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QualiVerity is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from assessment results, third-party reliance, loss of a private access link, an incorrectly entered email or name, or temporary service interruption. Nothing in this notice excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Verification and status

Every issued credential has a public verification page. A credential may later show as expired or revoked. Screenshots and PDF files do not replace the live verification record, which is the authoritative status shown by QualiVerity.
