Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases, assessment access, and QualiVerity credentials.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Assessment purchase
A purchase grants five attempts for one selected assessment. Payments are processed by Stripe; QualiVerity does not store card details. Access is delivered immediately after payment and by email as a backup.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing a working email address and the correct name of the person who completed the assessment. The email cannot be changed from the checkout page after payment, and an issued credential may require administrator assistance to correct.
Credential requirements
A credential is issued only after the server records a passing score. It confirms assessment performance, not independent identity verification, employment status, formal education, accreditation, or professional licensure.
Fair use
Users must not interfere with assessment delivery, share private access links, extract protected answer keys, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or misrepresent a credential.
Credential status
Credentials remain publicly verifiable after expiry or revocation, with their current status displayed on the live verification page. The live status takes precedence over a saved PDF or screenshot.
Service limitations
QualiVerity does not guarantee a passing result or any employment, regulatory, educational, or commercial outcome. Service availability and question banks may be updated for security, quality, or maintenance.
Assessment notice
The Assessment Service Notice forms part of these terms and explains the nature and limitations of the paid assessment and credential service.
