Privacy Policy
QualiVerity collects only the information needed to deliver an assessment, issue a credential, operate the service, and prevent abuse.

Information collected
The flow uses an email address for delivery, assessment answers and results, the name entered for the certificate, payment-provider references, delivery status, and limited technical records used for security and rate limiting. Card details are entered on Stripe Checkout and are not stored by QualiVerity.
Public credential data
The public verification page displays the name printed on the certificate, certification, skills, issue and expiry dates, credential ID, score, and current status. It does not display email, payment information, answers, private assessment links, IP addresses, or internal identifiers.
Retention and security
Assessment links are stored only as one-way hashes. Payment callbacks, administrator access, email delivery, and credential issuance are protected by server-side controls and audit records. Records may be retained while needed to operate and verify the credential service.
Service providers
QualiVerity uses Stripe to process payments and an email delivery provider to send private assessment and credential links. These providers receive only the information required to perform those services.
Public verification
Credentials are intentionally public and searchable by Credential ID. If a credential is revoked or expires, its verification page remains available so third parties can see the current status rather than relying on an outdated copy.
